Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP offers training programs to develop your potential. We provide a variety of in-house training as well as send individuals to external training. Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP is committed to investing in the resources necessary to help our people succeed.

Internships

Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP also offers internship programs, providing undergraduates with the individual attention and hands-on experience that will begin to prepare them for a career with the Firm.

Internships typically begin in early January and are completed between March 30 and April 15, depending on the students’ school schedules. Interns work a 40-hour week and are compensated on an hourly, plus overtime, basis.

Students begin Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP internships with a week-long training session that allows them to get hands-on “sample” experience prior to starting client engagements. Interns are scheduled to work side-by-side with staff and managers on client work. Work is done either at our office or on-site at the client’s location.

Emerging Leaders Group

Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP has established a new initiative called the Emerging Leaders Group (ELG). The purpose is to provide a forum to address the needs of young and emerging professionals in today’s dynamic accounting and financial consulting environment.

The focus of this group:
